Refund policy
We obviously want you to be totally happy with your Coffee2Go.net purchase, which includes a hassle free returns procedure should you need to send an item back to us.
If a product is faulty or defective then we're really sorry. Return it to us within 30 days of delivery in the condition you received it and we'll arrange a refund or for a replacement product to be sent to you.
If you’ve simply changed your mind you have a legal right to cancel a contract under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Please return the products at your own cost to us in an unopened, non-damaged and re-saleable condition. Please note that the costs of returning your item(s) must be paid by you. We recommend using a trackable service and obtaining proof of postage.
