FREE DELIVERY ON ALL ORDERS OVER £60.00 + VAT
We aim to get your delivery to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. We use Royal Mail Tracked for our parcel delivery. All parcels are sent via a trackable method giving you the assurance that the parcel is on its way!
Place your order before 2pm (Monday – Friday) and it will be dispatched to you the same day.More remote areas of the British Isles will receive a 2-day service if the next day courier is not available.
NEXT DAY COURIER SERVICE IS NOT AVAILABLE IN THE FOLLOWING POSTCODE AREAS: AB31-56, BT, FK17-FK21, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KA27-28, KW, PA20-99, PH15-99, TR21-25, ZE. These areas have a 2-day courier service.
Delivery Options
Free Standard Delivery – £FREE
Orders over £100.00 are shipped on a Free Standard Delivery service. These parcels are delivered within 24 hours or next working day (Monday to Friday) to UK mainland – postcode restrictions may apply.
Standard Delivery – £2.95+VAT
Orders below £60.00 are shipped on a fully tracked, Standard Delivery Service. These parcels are generally delivered within 48 hours or 2 working days (Monday to Friday) to UK mainland – postcode restrictions may apply.
Next Working Day Delivery – £5.95+VAT
Available for orders below £60.00 and placed before 2pm. Delivered on a 24 hour or next day service (Monday to Friday) to – postcode restrictions may apply.
Important Delivery Information
Please note that while Royal Mail Tracked, Evri & DPD provides reliable tracking and aims to deliver your parcel within the estimated timeframe, this service does not guarantee delivery by a specific date. Occasionally, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.
Refund Policy on Shipping
In the event of a delay, please be aware that refunds for shipping fees may not be possible if the delay is brief. We assess each case individually and will do our best to address any concerns you may have.
